King Crab Cruise
About the Trip
Join us on an unforgettable journey into the Arctic fjords and get introduced to one of the North’s most iconic treasures — the King Crab. Once a rare phenomenon, today it is considered a true delicacy. On this trip, you will take part in the entire experience alongside our master crab fisher, from history and harvesting to tasting.
Boarding starts at 09:30, with departure at 10:00, as we sail into the dark and dramatic fjords where the king crab thrives.
The experience begins in the crab saloon, where you will be introduced to the history of the king crab, the fishing methods, and the vessel itself. We then continue to the king crab fishing grounds, where you will actively participate as we haul in the pots from the icy Arctic waters.
After the catch, there will be time for photos before the crab is prepared and cooked on board — fresh, authentic, and served to perfection.
